Parc Phoenix – Entrée

To the west of Nice, the Parc Phoenix is a magnificent seven-hectare park where families love to meet up to explore many rare species of animals and plants which amaze children and their parents.

It presents biotopes representative of Mediterranean flora:
- Some twenty themed gardens boast 2,500 species of plant.
- The white marble facades of the Asian Arts Museum, designed by the Japanese architect Kenzo Tangé, are reflected in a lake where around a hundred birds, ducks and black swans live peacefully.
- One of the largest greenhouses in Europe, ‘Le Diamant Vert’ takes visitors on a journey through six different tropical climates. Here they can discover thousands of rare plant species, including tree ferns, a collection of orchids and many other plants.
- Other areas are home to crocodiles, exotic birds and iguanas. A family of Varis lemurs delight visitors.
