To end your day on a high note, head to the Bella Ciela rooftop at the Hôtel Mercure Nice Notre-Dame on Nice’s rooftops for a cocktail and some savory side dishes.

Continue your evening by trying your luck with some chips at the Casino Ruhl on the Promenade des Anglais.

For your first day with your French Riviera Pass, start at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
